CoDriver is a professional courier management software designed for the transportation and delivery industry. The platform enables seamless management of drivers, dispatching of jobs, and real-time tracking of progress.
Jobs are created and overseen through CoDriver's online platform, while courier drivers rely on the CoDriver mobile application as an indispensable tool for their daily operations. The app acts as a delivery run sheet, displaying all assigned jobs and corresponding locations as a comprehensive list and on an interactive map. It provides driving directions to each destination considering traffic conditions and other relevant factors. Drivers are continuously tracked in real time, facilitating customers and managers to monitor estimated times of arrival. Drivers can access detailed job information, update job progress, take textual notes, capture photographs, and obtain client signatures for Proof of Pickup (POP) and Proof of Delivery (POD). Real-time notifications ensure drivers receive new job assignments promptly.
CoDriver offers a complete data collection feature set, capturing status updates, GPS coordinates, and timestamps at every pickup and delivery point. This information is accessible to management in real time, providing updates on job progress, pickup and delivery times, as well as the current locations of all drivers.
